Stacey Abrams refuses to concede Georgia governor’s race

In an impassioned speech to supporters at 1:30 a.m., Democrat Stacey Abrams refused to concede the Georgia gubernatorial race to GOP opponent Brian Kemp. Abrams suggested that the race might go to a runoff and that voters will get a “do-over."
