The British parliament's thumping defeat of Theresa May's Brexit deal increases the likelihood of both options. After rejecting May's deal, British MPs voted on Wednesday not to simply leave the EU without a formal agreement -- the so-called "no-deal Brexit" -- although it still remains the default option.
